- Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Shipping (in-store items): Ships from Iron River, MI in 1–3 business days; free local pickup available.
- Shipping (Trisha’s Tab): Ships direct from partner in 3–7 business days; mixed carts ship separately.
- Damaged/Wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos—see below.
- Payments: Major cards, PayPal; Apple/Google Pay where available online.
- Authenticity: We stand behind our descriptions—see “Condition & Authenticity.”
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer’s-remorse cancellations for any reason, including size/fit, color variance, or change of mind. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Damaged in Transit or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number and a brief description
- Clear photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label
- Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps
Resolution: We coordinate a repair or replacement. If unavailable, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not offered.
Furniture & freight (Trisha’s Tab): Inspect at delivery and note any damage on the carrier form; take photos. Refuse only if the item is clearly destroyed—otherwise accept and we’ll resolve.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are final when placed. Address corrections may be possible before a label is created—email us immediately; changes are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Pickup
In-Store Items (ship from us)
- Handling: 1–3 business days after payment
- Carriers: USPS/UPS; tracking emailed to you
- Local Pickup: Free during open hours; we’ll email when ready
- Combined shipments: When safe, we combine
Trisha’s Tab (drop-ship from partner)
- Handling: typically 3–7 business days
- Separate boxes: mixed carts may arrive in multiple shipments
- Tracking: provided when the partner ships
- Freight: delivery scheduling varies by partner
Where we ship: USA only at this time.
Condition & Authenticity
- Condition scale (pre-owned): New/Unused • Excellent • Very Good • Good • As-Is (collectible/repair). Notable wear disclosed; metals/stones tested where appropriate.
- Jewelry: Metals tested; stones described to the best of our ability. Lab-created stones labeled when known.
- Watches: Working status noted; vintage movements may gain/lose time and may need service.
- Coins & Currency: Grades are our opinion unless certified (e.g., PCGS/NGC). We do not clean coins.
- Color/Photos: We strive for accuracy; screens vary—ask for extra photos if needed.
- Authenticity: We stand behind our descriptions. If you believe an item is counterfeit or materially misdescribed, email documentation promptly so we can review and make it right consistent with applicable law.
Payments, Taxes & Pricing
- Payments: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal; Apple/Google Pay where available online.
- Sales tax: Collected as required based on destination.
- Price adjustments: Not offered on prior purchases.
- Discounts/coupons: When available, apply at checkout to eligible items only.
Raffles & Events (Summary)
- No purchase necessary. One ticket per person per day during open hours.
- Monthly drawing. Winners posted on our Raffles & Events page and in-store.
- Pickup: Winners have 30 days to claim; unclaimed prizes may be redrawn/donated.
Consignment (Summary)
Apply on Consign / Sell with photos. Standard term 90 days with a 30/60/90 markdown schedule unless otherwise noted. Commission from net sale price; monthly payouts on finalized sales. See our Consignment Agreement for full terms.
Accessibility

Privacy
We use your info to fulfill orders, answer messages, process consignment, and run drawings. We don’t sell your data. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors; we do not store your card data.
